To ensure a safe, efficient and professional experience for everyone, please review the following critical policies concerning scheduling, client mobility assistance, and professional conduct.
Client Service and Safety Policy
Thank you for choosing Designs by Ash, LLC, my mobile hair styling and medical nail technician company. To ensure a safe, efficient, and professional experience for everyone, please review the following critical policies concerning scheduling, client mobility assistance, and professional conduct.
Scheduling Flexibility Requirement: As a mobile service, my schedule is dependent on factors outside of my control, such as unexpected travel time, traffic delays, or unforeseen logistical issues with prior appointments.
Necessity for Change: There will be times when your scheduled appointment time may need to be moved to an earlier or later time on the same day, or in rare cases, rescheduled entirely.
Client Responsibility: You are required to maintain a reasonable level of flexibility regarding your scheduled time. If you are unable to accommodate the necessary adjustment, your appointment may need to be cancelled.
Zero Tolerance for Conflict: I understand scheduling changes can be inconvenient. However, I will not tolerate arguing or aggressive communication regarding a required schedule adjustment. Disagreement with necessary modifications will result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment.
Client Mobility and Assistance: As a mobile stylist and medical nail technician, my professional focus is solely on hair and nail care services. I am not responsible for the physical transfer or transportation of clients, and I'll no longer be responsible for the cleanup of hair due to being unable to bend.
Required Assistance: If a client is not fully mobile and requires assistance (e.g., being moved to a chair, pushed in a wheelchair, or assisted with restroom use), a responsible caregiver or family member MUST be present for the duration of the appointment to provide this necessary support. This same person or someone else will need to be responsible for the hair clean-up up as I'm unable to provide this service any longer due to a bad back.
Cancellation Policy: If I arrive for a scheduled appointment and there is no one present to assist a non-mobile client, the appointment will be cancelled immediately. The client will be responsible for the full cost of the service(s) booked as a late cancellation fee.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse and Misconduct:My primary commitment is to provide a safe and respectful professional service. I maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of abuse towards myself or my equipment.
Prohibited Conduct Includes:Physical Abuse: Being hit, kicked, pushed, grabbed, or any unwanted physical contact.
Verbal Abuse: Harassment, aggressive language, threats, or any form of disrespectful communication.Immediate Termination: Any instance of the above conduct will result in the immediate termination of the service without completion and will no longer be allowed to reschedule.
Financial Obligation: The client will still be responsible for the full cost of the service(s) booked and this amount must be paid immediately, because I did my part and arrived.
Future Services: Depending on the severity of the incident, I reserve the right to refuse all future services, and the client will not be rescheduled.By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Client Service and Safety Policy.
