Client Service & Safety Policy – Designs by Ash, LLC

Thank you for choosing Designs by Ash, LLC. Due to recent issues, the following policies are now required to ensure a safe, respectful, and efficient experience for everyone.

Scheduling & Flexibility

  • As a mobile service, appointment times may need to shift earlier or later the same day, or occasionally be rescheduled due to travel delays or unforeseen issues.

  • Clients must maintain reasonable flexibility. If you cannot accommodate a necessary change, your appointment may be cancelled.

  • Arguing, hostility, or aggressive communication about schedule adjustments will result in immediate cancellation.

Client Mobility & Required Assistance

  • I provide hair and medical nail services only. I cannot lift, move, transfer, or physically assist clients. 

  • If a client can't take care of themselves, needs help moving, using the restroom, positioning in a chair, has dementia or any health issues outside of being homebound due to an illness, a caregiver must be present for the entire appointment and must handle all mobility needs.

  • If no caregiver is present when required, the appointment will be cancelled and the full service fee is charged & must be paid before the next appointment will be scheduled.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

  • Physical or verbal abuse of any kind—including hitting, kicking, grabbing, threats, or disrespectful language—will result in immediate termination of the appointment.

  • The full service fee is still due because I arrived and reserved the time.

  • Depending on the situation, future services may be permanently refused.

Agreement

Booking an appointment means you understand and agree to these policies.
