Cancellation/No Show Policy

I ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24-48 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of $50. Your appointment is set based on the services being performed and what area I am working in for the day, therefore with my being mobile makes it hard to get someone else rescheduled with no notice in your spot.

Clients who miss their appointments with no prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service before any future appointments can be made. Please understand that being a mobile company requires strategic planning to get to as many clients in a day as possible & I do a lot of traveling during the day and can't afford down time between clients. When you miss an appointment with no notice, I not only lose business (I look forward to seeing you), but my other clients suffer that could have had the appointment time you canceled.
